In his latest endeavour he was the founder of Bladefence, a Nordic blade repair company in wind energy. During his 13+ years with the company, he first served as the Managing Director of the European arm of the company before transitioning to North America and serving 5 years as the CEO for the operations in Canada and in the US.
His final years with the company included a successful private equity round with Bladefence employing over 200 persons in Europe and in North America.
